My Financial Advise is an independent, community-focused charity working to alleviate poverty caused by problem debt and lack of financial capability.
We have a vision to restore dignity and hope to those in need by reducing debt-poverty and improving financial capability through the provision of free face-to-face advice, money education, and ongoing support.
Our heart is to meet people at their point of need and support them through to full restoration, however long that takes.

How We Got Here
My Financial Advise first opened its doors in January 2010 and since then has provided advice and support to thousands of families and individuals in difficulty. Set up originally as part of the social action work of Holy Trinity Brompton church in London, My Financial Advise has since expanded, opening up new branches in partnership with numerous churches and running appointments from fourteen locations in London and the South of England.
Every day we see individuals and families who have been broken by their circumstances, be that illness, bereavement, loss of employment, mental health problems or family breakdown – situations made all the worse by the current pandemic. Through circumstances that any of us would struggle to deal with, they have found themselves facing the prospect of being evicted from their home, struggling to keep the power on, or unable just to meet their basic day-to-day needs.
